It's cheap for a reason tbh. They aren't the sharpest of lenses but for £100 you aren't going to get great optics. If you want a macro lens, buy a macro lens. If you want a zoom, buy a zoom.

Just natural light. It's quite noisy due to the fairly high ISO and didn't print as well as it could have (I used gloss instead of Lustre and didn't download the profile for it) Hopefully I'll get some more riding shots over the summer.

From what I've seen (which is very limited) they are adding a carbon copy of operations. They are also adding a social hub area like Destiny. I hope it is decent but we'll see.

I'd check then as Lightroom is much better for photo editing if it's just corrections and not heavy editing. I think it's a basic package which includes PS & LR.

Just for Photoshop or are you getting Lightroom too? Should be able to get both for cheaper than that.

I've been looking at new laptops for photo editing. Cheapest I've seen (good spec, i7 etc are around £800+) My current Dell has lasted 4 years though and that is an i5 but over the time I've upped the memory and swapped out for an SSD. It's just starting to lose WiFi but it gets absolutely...

It's just over £8 i think for Lightroom and Photoshop. 2 minutes in Lightroom would solve any of these issues and will make any cataloguing of images a piece of piss.

Just dark? Not blurry? As TEG says, put some examples on here. My bet is you've knocked the dial and you are underexposing. Or possibly on manual and shooting way too high shutter speed/aperture. What settings are showing on the camera now? Where's is the dial on the left?

I did start a few last night then my laptop started beeping. I couldn't be arsed finding my charger so just turned it off.

There will probably be a few good videos on YouTube which will show you how to get the most out of the camera tbh. There will be better images taken with a shitty compact then there will be with a top of the range DSLR.

Oh you'll need a ND filter to reduce the light coming in. That was using a 10 stop. You can pick them up super cheap but they will be pretty crappy and you'll have to do a bit of post processing to sort the colour cast if you shoot colour and not in black and white. I use Haida. Cost me about...

Don't convert it to a JPEG before editing. That's the whole reason RAW exists, to get the most out of the picture. Photoshop has no issues with RAW, it'll just need updating if it does. Which picture mate? If it's a mountain/ space one then it'll be to the minimum light pollution in the area...

I think he's talking about using Nova launcher to make it LOOK like a Nexus/Pixel. Last time I owned a Samsung you couldn't delete their apps so that's a mass of shite on to start with. If you want a Nexus/Pixel then just buy one and you'll get the updates first.
