    Mine was great on RSRs. I lowered mine pretty much straight away and hadn't realised how bad it was. I'm currently driving an old mk1 Focus and the ride is so much better.

    Another R53 Mini Cooper S

    Think it's a better option on a Mini in warranty but the R53 system has a habit of failing and amps are expensive. The wiring means replacing either the standard stereo or speakers is a hassle.

    Mine was a facelift on a 54 plate. 2005 registered car. Looks great. After selling mine and going back to a car with normal suspension I'd ditch the spring idea. Never realised how bad the ride on my car was!

    It's cheap, cheerful, drives well and can fit a bike in it. It's a 53 plate 2.0 Zetec. Picking it up tomorrow.
