    personally, id use Silkolene Pro S 10W-50 buy it online from http://www.a-pp.comwww.a-pp.com when your car gets a bit older you might wanna switch to the 15W-50 version if your car gets noisier or if you start to use oil

    just been to Halfords, looked at Tyreweld, and it comes in two sizes, the smaller one says its suitable for any tyre UPTO 155mm diameter the larger one is for any tyre 155mm+ the diameter on my tyre is 550mm+ shouldnt it surely say width ? my tyres are 195/45/15, should i get the large one ?

    RAC charge £200 for the full check, £130 for the standard one just checked there webby, but it says the standard check doesnt cover cars over 7yrs old :S AA charge £110 and £200

    you need to make sure the file extension is in small case, or else it doesnt work eg. jpg, and not JPG

    Joe, even if the clearances are similar, the wear on the engine will be far greater on the cars simply because of age, if you have a 16v which has only done say 30k, then by all means id say a 5W would probably be ok, but most have done 70k+ now, so this part of the statement still holds true...
