Phase 1 has the Renault and Clio badges with pins, phase 2 doesn't. How wide are the pins? Best to measure it to be sure the new badge will cover it.

Just search for Renault alloys, its easier :p I wouldn't limit yourself to just 15s though. I know you have new tyres but if a set of 16s or 17s comes up with tyres that will fit your car just buy them :)

16"s definitely won't fit your tyres, they may look better on your car though.

Should fit 6.5, yes, I think they fit on Clio Turbines which iirc are 6.5 wide. You'll struggle to find many later Clio wheels that will fit though as most are 7" wide.

Buy set of wheels. Drive to Kwik Fit (other tyre fitting places are available) Ask them to swap the tyres over Pay Leave. It will be fine :) Although with a mk3 you might find 16" wheels suit the car more than 15s.
