also if you had a new cam was it bedded in properly, i might be wrong but it was my understanding you had to bed them in
also regardin the ecotek, if urs is an RT then make sure the vacuum servo is central or its only going to feed cylinders one...

if i was you, id use Silkolene Pro S 10W-50, if you email Silkolene then they will suggest what is best, and i would put my money on that...

most places will throw in the fitting for free if you buy from them, even Halfords used to do that before the AA bought there garages
