Looks a bit odd there. Is there an aftermarket alarm or anything on the car? I wouldnt steam clean an engine bay anyway, always seems to be stories of people who wreck cars doing that.

Could be that there's a wiring issue maybe? Or something is getting caught / trapped somewhere. Dont know to be honest, I'm no mechanic!

The company that took over JMS can do it I think. Michael Woodford Motorsport or something, check the trader section. Stripping the interior is the way to go, made a massive difference to my old phase 1

Re: My first sport - Ph1 172 Fair enough! On the manual for my phase 1 it said to use the steering wheel controls.

Matched inlets and a remap should see you a few extra bhp and make the car drive better at lower revs, from what I understand

As I have a standard car I think a RS2 will offer real gains, I think they become less of a benefit if you already have matched inlets and a remap. Anyway, thats a discussion for another thread :)
