So far i have seen quite a few with ITG panel filters and hear there quite good.

use the search function mate but basically 2 plastic clips at the top 2 10mm bolts at the bottom section wheel arch liners 2 T20 screws each, 2 little metal clips (1 eirther side) clipping it to the wing, and 2 10mm bolts (1 eirther side)

oil just thinner might help if you change your gearbox oil. but it does sound like worn synchros

You say it looked oily under the inlet manifold, thats proberly where your problem lies, was there much oil there?

I doubt it the UCH i though the lights had its own computer unsure about this though.

faulty alternator, do not drive it as it could break, aux belt could go in to the cambelt then your not going anywhere fast.

under warrenty isnt it? upstream oxygen sensor i think
