an aggressive map shouldn't be chucking out loads of black smoke, its over fueling. get a high power map from a decent tuner and it should have a minimum increase in smoke if any!
they done a ph1 sport that some early dynamiques come up as on insurance databases for some reason, they should go under the proper dynamique model though rather than sport.
going back a few pages, keyless entry lets u open the car from about a meter away but it physically wont start the car unless your inside the car, it just brings up no card detected on the scree, I was playing about with it and even with the window down and my card about an inch outside the car...
if you've never done it before allow an hour just taking your time and doing it properly, access is pretty easy on it. if its not already had gearbox oil its worth doing that, you know what these boxes are like!
ive had some quick 172's but id be kidding myself if I said the 200 was slower! they are quick quick cars, my first engine wasn't quite as good as the 2nd one but obviously it had issues from day one, the current engine is a cracker. pitty Arnold clarks workman ship is terrible for the actual...

they arnt bad, regular oil changes, dont launch it, blip them on downshifts, dont rush them thru the gears and they arnt bad!
some UR p**n in here!!! im pushing to get one as a replacement for my Albi as its the next best colour ;) providing they are going to add bluetooth, GT spoiler, and projectors onto my current recaro pack, cup pack spec!
if its just a replica of the 182 mani then good gains to be had, best mod i done to my old 172.
being a cheap copy though its not the ideal part to be changing if it doesnt stand up very well! different if it was at the front of the engine it could be worth a gamble.
check us all judging the guy when it could have been a genuine fault. my little 200 was always warmed up, driven with mechanical sympathy and looked after and it still shat its engine at 2500miles!
they are a bit horrible when cold but not bad when warm, hardly as refined as a nice diesel but they arnt bad! i found mine was murder to pull away in smoothly until i got used to it!
stop and handbrake usually while cornering is worn discs and pads usually.
missfire which has most likely destroyed the cat and lambda causing your fault code.
welcome to CS where the only possible way of crashing a car is by driving too fast for the conditions.
good to know you walked away mate, seems to have held up pretty well!
also been informed i should have been asked for my V5 to have the details updated about the new engine which arnold clark should have sent away to the DVLA is this true?? i was simply handed the above card and my key card and sent on my way
na they didnt give one this time, when they serviced my dci they gave me a belter, cant remember it all but basically they ticked to say they lubed the side sliding door, ticked the sidelights were working when none were fitted, ticked to say the propshaft was secure, they checked the automatic...
