I believe the holes aren't an exact lineup, so the tailgate holes need to be bored out slightly as the spoiler ones are slightly off.

Is it costly stuff this C1/C5? I've never looked into the prices but heard nothing but good reviews. I bought C4 a few years back and it was about £30 for a tiny bottle I didn't think it would go far but it did all the black plastics with some spare and lasted ages.

@leeds2592 Sorry for the late reply, I only see the tag when I replied earlier. I'll dig out the link when I get a mo as i believe there are 2 sizes with this filter. I think it's 135mm.
