They are great brands to have, and together it's a great setup. The difference is amazing. It's like driving a new car. Not rigid, not bouncy, just right. I got them both from here and it all came in at £400, including delivery which took 3 days...
A fabia one will definitely. You just have to trim the edges down as its slightly longer. I had one on my old ph1.
Can't comment on the scenic one though.
As you knOw i wanted to change/fix a few things before i put the Volvo up for sale. These things needed to be changed but also if i didn't do them, i think i would really suffer on the for sale value. So an ongoing issue ive had was the SRS airbag light stayed on for about 10-15 seconds on...
I don't think I'd ever go back to the standard wheel on a 1*2. They just feel so big!
The two must do mods in my eyes that's cheap and changes the way they drive is the steering wheel swap for a smaller one and upgraded dogbone mount.
Your wheel is nice size and feels chunky and solid too...
Nice! Is that the 330mm GP one?
I believe clip can turn the light off,but let's it stay on for a few seconds first so mot compliant. The resister just turns it off completely, which is fine if you know a fair mot person/station
To clarify as I may have put that wrong slightly in the first 2 sentences as I meant 182 ff. I'm trying to recorrect my post, however it's easier if you read below.
On the fronts, 182 ff, cup, cup packs & trophy have a 60mm bolt spacing.
Ph1 172, ph2 172, 172 cup and 182 non cup packed (normal)...
Ah OK mate. Have look on page 2 as I'm sure he said they was 6J when I was speaking to him and you can see on the pics that they are too skinny. IMO of course.
Pretty sure there was a chap on here that had those wheels on he's BG and they looked too skinny in the flesh. I just didn't look right. I'll see if I can find some pics of the car. The wheels was gold iirc. I was parked in front of him at CSS 14 and was speaking to him about it.
You can't get center caps for them (motorsport wheel yo!) But I did this to my old ones which I thought looked good:

Also just for future reference, if you get the non sport badges, some are smooth as...
Too true @Arran_ It was a great car to own.
@RDH I totally agree mate. I'm back to wanting another one and I'd want one like this one as it was clean enough and mechanically pretty much sweet. I guess because they are older now and so cheap that slot of them are dogs now :(
@welshname Sorry...
The fabia one is flat whereas a cup one is domed shaped. The fabia is flexible too whereas the cup one is not, hence why they crack and why people put the fabia one on, as well as the price difference.
Yep that's definitely a fabia splitter in the OP. Also a new genuine cup splitter has now jumped up from £130 to £250+! Ouch!

Once you've gone as far as the guide shows, remove the 2 screws holding the clock in, then flip over and disconnect the 2x plugs at the back and the clock is removed. There is about 7/8 small torx bolts (t15 I think) at the back of the clock. Undo those and the back is removed. I used a small...
