Just sell them to me, much less hassle ;-)
I'd say go silver though, I've always wanted silver Williams wheels and always ended up with every other colour, lol! Would look excellent on the phase 1 then imo
Yeah they're very similar square on then more like the old prima maxi wheels in profile, they're growing on me more and more.
I was thinking exactly same other day as I approached the car squarely side on at supermarket, some brembo would look decent I reckon, in odyssey blue perhaps...
Small crisis, track rod end shat itself so quick pop to the motor factors for emergency parts and a splash about in the rain to fit the fucker. Happy Thursday! Lol!
Came apart nicely, touch of heat shift the lock nut and jobs a carrot
Old loosened off and freed from the hub
In bits...
I'm another vote for the standard cup shocks and H&R springs, they are a great setup, sit slightly lower than eibach sportlines but ride lovely. this is on my 182
I run vmaxx on the other car (phase 1 172), but only because I wanted cheap lows, it doesn't handle great on them but I don't find...
ai level/fill hole is on the front of the box about halfway up, if you've filled it any higher than that (about half full basically) then it'll blow out all over
cheers matey, yeah I gave her a bath, she was ditched when I picked the exhaust up, which is all on the car now cheers!
ai don't think I've seen anyone else running these wheels yet
They're definately a grower and better in the flesh but I'm still on the fence!
Flol, I barely trust myself with them but no the missus doesn't even drive and even if she did it'd be a no, lol
They genuinely do, particularly from behind the car, it's odd as half me sees a 1992 fiesta pop...
Change of wheel again, think I may have issues! lol!
picked these up, slapped some AD08R's on and popped them on the car. I think it needs more lows to truly pull them off, but as a daily I need to keep it practical at the mo, so that will be a test for later!
anyway, few pics from trip to...
And fitted to the car, I wound the front down another 10mm as I think these wheels need lows, and ideally I'd like to go lower and notch the back back down too.....
But the car is my daily, and I need to keep it pratical enough to get over the speedbumps at work currently!
i'm still not 100%...
Then I did something silly again, I just can't resist a. a bargain and b. wheels!!!lol!
So two sets of wheels popped up for sale in the classifieds and I arranged to collect the lot from Cambridge, along with a set of brand new AD08R tyres from Birmingham on my travels.
I've never used the...
Few things I've changed on what was obviously a project to return the car to completely standard.....................oops!lol!
Way I see it though, all the mods are bolt on and easily removed and I am slowly sorting all the parts to put to 100% stock which I will do early next year.
In the...
Christ, 200 quid to replace a ten quid ABS ring?!!!! seems a bit steep
however glad you got the car sorted
whats the actual fault with the heater? doesn't blow, only blows at one speed, no heat?
nice, love a phase 1, sort the headlights and your stonechips and she'll be mint.
mine just clocked 150k other day and still runs a dream, had the injectors cleaned and on run to Cambridge and back other day returned 48mpg :)
@Dr Jekyll I've also killed an iceberg..................oops!
not really conversion, engine is the same, just rip old engine out and pop new one in, everything off old engine should bolt up including exhaust manifold etc
if you want to use the 182 exhaust manifold you need a link pipe to the 172 exhaust system, think ktec sell them
