Coilovers - Looking Back (It was a bad idea)

Think it really depends the age / mileage of the shock in my experience. I've always had grief when using lowering springs on standard shocks. Shocks worked it's whole life at a certain height only to be changed...it's not a good thing

Coilovers - Looking Back (It was a bad idea)

Actually, most coilovers ARE designed for the road...You're way too low, anything you hit on the road is going to be magnified

One freshly detailed PH1 and a Grey V6

Both look really well. Lunar grey is such a nice colour LOL. Knows it

    Sunflower = Detailed

Nice work, love a good Sunflower. Please don't listen to the people saying Ph2 rear-end. Every Sunflower I've seen on here goes down that route. I'm not sure why people seem to think having a chunky black bump strip and clear cluster lights is a good idea

Mintex 1144 pads, squeeling like hell

Depends how hard you are on them Mark, you used to take your cup out a lot didn't you? If they don't smell like flange you're not trying hard enough :o. Theres a lot better out there but they're not too shabby, doubt you'll get any problems in those big calipers tbh
  8. Silent_Scone

Mintex 1144 pads, squeeling like hell

They're ok in those calipers but you could do a lot better. They make an almighty stink too :o. I want to get hold of some pagid bluuuues

Mintex 1144 pads, squeeling like hell

Mine are exactly the same. If it's REALLY bad are you sure you've fitted the sticky anti squeal backingl pads? Without them it's ridiculous on those calipers

re : creaking noise at low speeds

This, especially if it does it over slow full lock turning

Re: My Phase 1 ITB Daily Runner Developed a knocking which develops longer the car is driven and play in the wheel. Seems the hub nut is constantly trying to break free. Suspect wheel bearings so will replace both fronts and hopefully it'll go away. Bit annoying as the weathers been awesome...

    next gen rumours/news/facts

Germany is not the States mate. Germany ban practically everything under the sun and are topped only by Australia and their neighbouring bat s**t crazy islanders. Besides, Obama is a legend. I'd be surprised if he agreed to starve children of the opportunity to learn how to cope in the real...

The everlasting ph1 ITB Build **GREEN-BUILD STARTS AT PAGE 100**

lol tbh what Dan says makes more sense. No pump and half a ton of lovely fluid to slosh around with only your arms to do the work. Kinky

Nokia - on the brink of self destruction?

I heard Windows Phone might just save their market share. It doesn't matter though, they're one of the top 100 companies in the world, they can combat anything. Even not selling stuff apparently. lol. f**k sake. Wait no, sorry. Apparently that only applies to Finland. Well that's a start I...

Nokia - on the brink of self destruction?

Heres a fun fact. Nokia actually used to manufacture toilet paper. Where as that is utterly FASCINATING, I have one question that I'm fairly certain every person outside of your profession is asking right now. How come all the handsets are s**t?

Basically this... He'll be sucking on his bottom pulley though not a lemon. Did you do a HPI check on it? That said it does look tidy, just don't take another one off the road by neglecting your belts
