I find the Meguires microfibre pad and Meguires ultimate compound is more than enough for someone wanting to make their paint nice. You won’t chase out all the defects but it’s an idiot proof combo that gives good results.
I’m actually doing a car with it tomorrow so I’ll post some pics and you...
I use our local trading estate. It’s empty from about 7pm and I can do as many laps as I want.
Alternatively, just get a set of duplicate number plates made up from your daily driver and fit those. Won’t ping up on ANPR then… 😂👍
No, but I would personally.
To be fair I would do the following; wire wheel the absolute s**t out of it, cover it in rust converter, then paint it with Raptor.
Once it’s done you shouldn’t need to touch it again. Which is why I’d rather spend more time doing it rather than just painting it...
Has anyone used this? It seems too good to be true?

WTF? Have you seen what I drive? It contains more adhesive than the UHU factory, I have every single panel with something stuck on it.
Not wing Mirrors though. I’m not that guy.
Uniroyal Rainsport is about the best budget tyre.
Avon ZV7 are a good upper mid-range.
Toyo Proxes TR1 are abysmal in the wet but with summer almost here would that really be a problem? They’re pretty good in the dry,
Are there facilities there to shower etc?
I’ll have the truck and trailer and I don’t want to leave it unattended so I’d rather camp. But if I can’t get a hot shower I’ll have to get a hotel. 😂
This is about the strongest stuff I’ve used. (Different brand but I’ve never seen stronger than 32% so it’s probably the same stuff re-branded)
If it’s a windy day, don’t do it. It’s f**king ridiculous and makes your face feel like you’ve fallen in to stinging nettles after a full day of...
It does both. It’s less than useless on exterior plastics but for interiors it makes them look like new without the cheap looking sheen that most interior dressings give.
For exterior plastics, G-Tecniq C4 is unbeatable. As long as you stick to the instructions 100% otherwise you’ll just waste...
They’re brilliant if you’re doing lots of cars. But once you’ve used them on a car once you don’t really need to use them again. Unless you live like a pig. 😂
I have a Karcher one and I do use it a lot to be fair. Door rubbers, air vents, pedal rubbers etc etc all look like new after.
