hi, ive got a K-Tec airfilter relocation kit coming from Subway from this place this week (cant wait!!) and was just wondering if theres anything i should look out for etc or just any general advice for fitting it? cheers
ive noticed behind the front grill where the airfilter is moved to...
you see videos of people with 182s on here bouncing them off the limiter etc and they all seem to be reliable enough, only problem is rattles i suppose but every french car is going to have that! that said my sunroof is the only thing that rattles and the 172/182 doesnt have a sunroof.
my oil breather pipes got cloged and it was collecting in the manifold, my mate took the inlet manifold off and cleaned it all out and now it doesnt drink it any more!
if i had a PC id end up taking all the paint of the fukin car, im useless when it comes to that. one of the scottish boys buy one then we can all chip in to get ours done!

do all the MK2 Ph2 clios have electric power steering? just wondering if my 02 does?

mine is an 02 plate 1.2 16V with 118,000 miles, serviced every 18,000 at a dealer.
the factory clutch was replaced 30 miles ago, not surprized lol and the coil pack was replaced at about the 100,000 mark thats all thats been replaced apart from the usual stuff at services. never broke down on...

if i remember correctly the skirts cost over £1,000 and were custom made for the car? and i remember him telling me about all his plans for the interior which sounded mint and made me want to look into getting a custom interior.

to get the top of the dash off remove the 2 silver strips on teh dash and there is torx screws behind them, remove them then i think there is one at each side of the vent to blow air onto the front windscreen but cant quite remember 100% been a while since i last done it, watch out teh clips...
mine is on the inside of the front cover of my service manual, on a Renault Quality Certificate. check there.
