have you disabled the blue and green colour scheme in windows? use the windows classic.
i used that on a pc i built for a mate who was short on cash, used spare parts (PII400MHz, 128MB Ram, 10GB Hdd etc etc) and it ran ok for internet, email, msn etc
looks mint mate i would lose the renault sport badges but just personal preference.
wish i had that Phase3 front bumper on mine! how much and where did you get the 172 front grill from, my standard 1 is broken
dont get a pipercross induction kit get eather a £30 pannel filter in your standard air box or a enclosed induction kit. the open induction kit like the pipercross will suck in hot air and lose you power over standard, but will sound good.
i washed mine yesterday, went to get in it today (its not moved since it was washed) and its dirty already under the bump strips! looks amazing when washed though!
lol yeah a brilliant feeling, wish it was me. although i still cant decide if i like it or not, the one in the pictures forum thats modded is mint though!
once again seen that yellow 182 with the nice 17" wheels and the ClioSport stickers. and just like last time he looked at me like i was pissing on the thing when i had a look at it!
Just don’t buy the k-tec ones, cheap crap that are a rip off because they are too expensive.
Mine are full of condensation and have only been on the car for 3 weeks or something! Going to get the genuine Renault ones, ohh yes and the ones k-tec gave me were for a megane and didn’t fit...
woops not updated profile in a while, im working full time now.
well i just done it with a 10GB music folder and after a restart it runs like crap, i dont know how to explain it but it does and is one of the main slowdown problems ive had on machines i work on. it maywell not be that its...
im not talking about shortcuts, im talking about installers, videos, music etc. copy a couple of GB onto your desktop and then restart your computer and see how long it takes to load up windows.
as a pc technician ive got this problem to deal with nearly every day and i can guarantee you that...
i notice you have loads of files and folders on your desktop mate, everytime windows loads it loads everything onto the desktop into memory/pagefile, you should move them into my docs or where ever and just put shortcuts on the desktop, will make the computer run a lot faster (ps you will have...
one thing to look out for is a 19" LCD @ its native 1280X1024 has bigger pixels than a 1280x1024 17" LCD, so the picture looks better on the 17" (if everything else is equal) but most peple dont notice the difference.
when it comes to LCDs i ignore the response time, especially on the cheaper...
try www.ebuyer.co.uk, usually the cheapest in the UK for computer parts, ive spent over £5,000 with them.
i tend to stick to AMD processors because the price vs performance is usually better than intel.
if you stick to IBM, Acer, HP etc etc all the big names then u'll be fine
get eather a 2nd one or get your one machined, as fred said speak to andy @ GDI, my mate was going to do it to mine when changing my cluch, said it would cost about £40, but i was totaly skint so couldnt afford it :( the engine will rev quicker.)
my 1.2 16V was having a problem at idle where the revs would drop to under 500rpm at traffic lights or a roundabout and would sometimes stall. it was driving perfect though. renault changed the coil pack and then spark plugs and that helped nothing, then when i booked it in to the garage to be...
the Phase 3 1.6 16V dynamiques have rear disks if you wanted to use them for your conversion.
as said though there is no need for rear disks, drums stop just as well, infact better in some cases im told but the disks last longer before they fade for on a track etc.
the brakes on my 1.2 16V...
start with the basics, pannel filter in the standard air box, de-cat pipe and a free flowing back box. get your cylinder head skimmed, possibly get it chipped? (but chipping it costs about £300!)
