For the record, I loaned the car to a customer out of good will, nothing more. It was clean and it had half a tank of fuel.

It’s not 80% profit though is it. Take out tax, vat, prep, time, insurance, premises costs, and it’s nowhere near 80%.
80% markup isn’t unusual.

When you get the wheels back, scotch up the wheels weights and use a touch up pot of lacquer and go over them. Keeps them nice and silver/shiny and stops them going crusty.
