neons belong of ricers, none of that here ;). It's the technology that is inbred not the people that choose to use it. Don't forget what goes around comes around.. The PS3 was equivalent to about 2k worth of PC hardware at launch. I'll get some screenshots up later, theres a few videos of...

    Mso supercharged Clio mk2

you would of been better off breaking it, you've just paid K-Tec however much to make your car more suitable for someone else. I'm not enjoying my sandwich anymore now thinking about how stupid that is. I'm going to throw it away actually, thanks a lot

It's the XSPC dual bay res/pump. Had it for a few months now. Main thing is the pump is ample for my requirements but also it's dead quiet too. Darren, definitely - I've not once gone back to air for the 4 years I've used water. Even when running stock you get much better temps especially...

Yeah the 7xxx series is due any day now, not really an AMD fan here though it's a 360 radiator loop with dual bay pump/res, idle on this chip is obviously a fair bit lower than your bloomfield one. Even at 4.6Ghz and a couple .200 volts through it at 32c :). 4.7 seems to be the limit for the...

It could have the pixel fill rate of the moon, the xenos GPU lets the CPU down imo. On 4.6Ghz atm ;)

    What petrol?

No where near...depends on the ECU but it can be straight away. Not sure how though

Yes we know some people make do with 5 year old s**t boxes, but Garaths machine at heart is 3 year old tech - and is still more than capable of playing everything It's what you're used to though, if you don't know any better you'll always make do I've found. Sometimes when I'm playing Forza I...

    What petrol?

Well then you're having to buy the additives which is money on top of what could of been spent on higher RON fuel, which probably has the additives anyway (as long as it's not mickey mouse branded) lol

    What petrol?

Like I said earlier, people don't care

    What petrol?

dyna-cup has sand for gearbox oil and pulleys the length of an atom, engineering finesse lol
  18. Silent_Scone

    What petrol?

higher RON than specified isn't an issue, but you are less likely to see better economy/performance Like Chip says it offers knock resistance so you're still better off just not as much
  19. Silent_Scone

    performance cams

    lol ok I'm impressed

    What petrol?

lol Well this is it how would you even prove that it was caused by incorrect combustion. You're talking about millions of people who probably use lower octaine than recommended. 3rd or 4th owner who might have a lot more sympathy but at 90k it's already too late and it's taken it's tole. It...
  21. Silent_Scone

    What petrol?

yeah, but at the end of the day it's peoples prerogative if they want to run s**t fuel, people do it in more highly strung cars than renaults. I'm not saying it does any good, but the stock ECU knows whats happening and adjusts to it. Without anything horrific happening.. Would be nice if...

    What petrol?

I'm talking about joe blogs in his standard car, i'd never run on 95 lol Did once, but only because I would of had to push it home otherwise ;)
  23. Silent_Scone

    What petrol?

Mine was mapped on V power so it gets V power, a decent 95 wouldn't do any harm but not any good either. Every cars different, some newer cars will limp the engine if lower octane is detected

Managed to get the OS sorted last night but was knackered so went to bed. Managed to do a few HDD benches this morning for the vertex 3 raid to see what speeds I was getting on the new ICH controller 640mb/s minimum 1040mb/s maximum, so it's saturating the bus

These ones are actually wrongly manufactured. Theyve release new ones since so might be that those are all black. You cans till use these though, as I just have. You just need to use the 2.5mm stand offs under the springs to compensate. EK reckon some plod at the factory put in the wrong...
