people seem to have mixed opinions really on tuning i had done the basics, matched inlets, itg, samco bend, 182 manifold, decat, exhaust system and gained just under 20bhp and 20lb/ft and it turned it into an animal!

prolines dont lower its the sportlines that lower 40mm

depends on condition of original filter, going from brand new genuine to itg, nothing, paper filters flow just the same if not better, just the foam filters keep their flow rate over time where the papers dont. someone done a test on it few years back

erg valve needs cleaned its sticking, just cant be bothered doing it with all this snow lol

well on a standard-ish engine there is no need from an acceleration point of view to go above 7000rpm (i used to find mine dropped off at about 6800rpm so i changed around then) with a raised limiter 7600rpm will be fine but id only be using it when really going for it in first and 2nd gear and...

dci fuel pump wont run it, needs to be an older diesel engine, commonrail ones run too much pressure
