Sorry, am i looking at a different car?
We're all guilty of being sentimental once in a while, but heres a reality check
- It has 5drs
- It has crappy wheels
- There is corrosion all over the front
- The front door looks a completely different colour
Enjoy the 182, its better in absolutely...
They might look 'racey' to you but to everyone else it looks like you were too much of a pikey to buy the right colour mirrors, and went down a scrappy instead.
Looks like a decent car, but agree with the sticker comments. Not a major fan of gloss black wheels or mudflaps either.
Whys it called an ST500 then, did they make 500?
So obviously a fake...
All very well tricky people as you drive past them at 40mph, but what happens when someone comes up to you and asks about it? Your c**k would shrink into the size of a pea, although it must already be close if hes that bothered about what people think of him.
TBH, lol at 172 owners with the holier than thou attitude. Newsflash, a 172 can be toasted by a decent diesel saloon, they're not quick.
I certainly felt my 1.2 was nippy enough, certainly 'felt' faster than what the 75bhp figure suggested. The weight helps, my mum had a 75bhp Polo 1.4 and it...
They used to be relatively cheap, and probably still are cheaper than OEM M3 wheels. Bear in mind they are made by BBS, 19 inch and then sold on through BMW dealers. Not a major surprise IMO...
You can pick second hand ones up for £1k anyway.
A bit of a toughie. The E46 is starting to look dated now but in the right colour combo still looks classy and will still impress your mates. The Focus is OK, certainly more modern, but i hate the cheap leather in them and the Ford badge.
What is your budget?
Yeah, in Otford there is very good bloke who does them for the Ferrari/Bentley local dealers... only issue is that he charges about £70 per rim!
Let me know if you want his info...
