What's it lowered on? The front lights look like standard xenons but darker. Have they got a film over them?

Spacers wise, I'd go for 16mm hubcentric fronts and 5mm rears, in either hub spacer or standard wheel spacer.

How low?! Remove the tints, get standard rear lights, raise it up a tad and get some better wheels and your onto a winner ;) Is is it a track toy? Fully stripped interior?
