usually coils going wrong results in a considerabkle alck of power when driving and even stalling on idle - i know cos one of mine went a few weeks ago so not sure if thats your prob unless you experience power loss when driving.
Prob like middo says it may be the spark plugs are faulty - most...
looks like i'll insure with them then when my renewal comes up in May
although i hope they would list the mods i have on any insurance cert they send me...
^^ i agree what the f**k is the point - i could understadn havin sport wheels (like i have) or even a sport grille but dont get 2.0 badges - youll only get laughed at
lol.
outta curiosity how old are you - cos im 21 nearly and i know the bloody insurance companies want a hell of a lot o money for me to have a 182 - might have to keep my 1.6 another year! sigh
^^i know tell me about it - my dynamiuqe is black and its a fucker.
Would be good if you bought a car froma club member - that way you know its been looked after unlike something of autotrader which coulda be ragged the nuts off constantly

thats for quite a nice one - if your lookin for an older one you might be able to get a bargain - whats your budget?
my mate is a hand over guy at my local renault delaership and he borrows different mk3's from time to time - was quite impressed with the pace of the 1.5dci but the 1.6 16v dynamique was bollox - my mk2 ph2 dynamique is by far the better car
^^^yeah pretty much however i know that it varies between dealers - some will have no probs dealing with mods on a car whilst other swould like to kick up a stink and get into an argument with you
but you can do some mods to a car without voiding the whole warranty
some dealers maybe iffy about a remap as they will say it changes how the engine works. air filter shouldnt be a problem but as to the exhaust im not sure - i imagine that obviosuly whatever you replace with aftermarket kit wont be under warranty (as its not on the car anymore).
I may be wrong...
