Forced induction has got to be the way forward i reckon.
If you can get the weight to as close as 1000kg's and drop a Megane 250 engine in maybe? Unsure how attainable that is in the Mk3's!?
Unless the engine has forced induction of some form, i wouldn't bother.
I've had 6 Clio RS' and ran every single one of them on council petrol and it made f**k all difference.
Are you serious??
You're going to put a gunmans marksmans skill to the test with a dog with your partner and daughter about?
f**k the dog/car/stuff in the boot, its simply not worh it.
@Budgie , i believe you spoke too soon.
I appreciate that, but settling for a colour that can cause this much hassle just wouldn't enter my mind.
That said, you could write all i know about detailing on the back of a first class stamp with a permanent marker lol.
Wouldn't be nearly as noticeable on any other colour. Black hides nothing, i feel for yourself and the lad that done the work.
On that note, should have bought a lunar grey one!
This other one has popped up for sale on a different reg..? Whats the chances its the same car but the reg is different??
Surely unusual for two cars to start off black and be wrapped in the same colour...
The estates were auto only, weren't they?
Unsure why they'd limit the market by doing that!
I've got to be honest, i love the Golf R's, but the GTi/ClubSport range just look that much better!
