Yeah as above. Without turbo'ing, sticking a meg engine in, ITB's etc.. you're not gonna get much more juice than it already has unfortunately.

Loads of mobile tyre fitted will come and break them off for you. Why can't you use the socket and hammer method? If it has a spinning collar, just use a punch to snap it off. Where abouts are you?
