If I was you;
Brembo HC discs
Ferrodo DS3000 pads
Braided lines
Quality Brake fluid
Refurbed/working calipers
All the stopping power you'll need in a Clio.
I went in to Richer Sounds to buy a cheap audio setup. £250 iirc for an amp, speakers, wiring kit and a CD player.
£1200 later an I emerged with an amp, some USB cabling (no need for a CD player) some speakers and a sub.
It's a dangerous shop!!!
But in fairness, I have a BANGIN stereo at...
We took a 182 around Llandow with KTR Coilovers on it and on the long right hander, the front bumper would touch the floor!
Softer than my penis whilst talking to Dave dreads.
If you have a mate that you can bombard with questions and can help you out when you're stuck, go for it!
But leave the mapping to the professionals. Of which there aren't that many!
It's a cool track but it's probably one of (if not THE!) fastest tracks. With zero runoff. If you get it wrong, you're taking your car home in bits.
Here is the mental Escort van....
It was for me. I went out in some really fast cars! Lol
What annoyed me was the guy (obviously devastated) had just watched his pride and joy get smashed and end up on it's roof, and when they were bringing it in (on a forklift!) all the t***s were there photographing/videoing it.
The royal nail van looks concourse compared to this thing. It's BATTERED. But it's converted to RWD, runs 10 inch wide tyres, has a massive cage in it and sounds insane.
Castle Combe. I was passenger in the second fastest thing there which was nice. :-)
Although the fastest thing was a proper beaten up mk4 escort van. Absolutely mental fast.
It's a 182 so has auto lights.
If you have auto lights and try to turn the fogs on, they wont. You have to physically turn your lights on in order to make the fogs work....
Which means they beep at you when you turn the engine off, no?
Without meaning to sound rude, that has as much relevance as me chatting about Biscuits.
A mk2 and mk3 Clio are different cars so it's pointless comparing prices.
