Cambelt/dephaser is every 5yrs/72k and is the thick end if £600 if you have it done properly. (If you don't, it will be 20bhp down!)
Everything else is pretty cheap on them and there's no horror stories to worry about.
Loosen the mount, use a lever bar to tilt the engine away from where it's knocking, whilst holding it in position, tighten the mount.
Drink a beer and admire your handy work.
Track or road?
On the road I ran 36 all round as they are very soft walled. Did 4000 miles in them and they looked new still.
