^ you can polish them out, but if you dont remove the insulation they'll just come back.
my insulation is really loose on my bonnet, so my try sticking it on better, or just scrap it in favour of the dynamat stuff.
all 172's etc. have rear discs, and selected 1.6 16v's had rear discs.
look wise i really wouldnt bother, and they dont add anything to the stopping power of the vehicle.
you'll need the entire new rear axle which matt black was selling for £250 + vat i think.
trophy wheels are effectively turinis. but i dont think the centre caps are interchangeable. i.e. speedline turinis wont accept renault turini centre caps as i was told they're a slightly different fitment. but im not 100% positive on that.
mine was done in about 30 or so mins and charged me 40quids. then again if its the first mot for the car, they know its gonna be pretty sound so only really need to check the wear and tear components.
if they give you a certificate then who cares ;)

I've had the same problemt with my new car, never had any problem with flies on my old black one but this ones covered in em constantly. Cars looking ace btw :)
all in good time ;)
pics like that really do make me want to get it done but unfortunately got more pressing things to sort first. like finding some airbox clips ffs LMAO
I spoke to lots of people about a new manifold and theres no point whatsoever, as they already have the optimum design of manifold. I had my induction kit behind the grille and the original poistion felt much better imo.
viper you can pick up for around the 200 mark from 2modified.com, samco elbow was 30 quid (much cheaper alternatives out there though) and the stainless bend was free from powerflow lol.
If you want noise however go for an open induction like a pipercross vector from roughly around 60ish...
^ now i'd disagree with that, i'd say the best part of ph1 is the front end, and the best part of the ph2 is the rear, imo the ph1 looks more agressive from the front, the lights also look better
