K-Tec do a 182 style exhaust, I've had a close look at one and it's not as technical as you might think it is. However a 182 exhaust will not fit your 172.

Dont get this on the classic 172. I just get wet :(

The Mk2 Ph 1 172 bumper is the same as you already have albeit not colour coded. No arch liners required in this case as its the same fittment.
