My dad's Motorsport Elise isn't really that far removed from a road going Exige, i don't think there is any advantage as most things are retro-fittable.
BTW selling Motorsport wheels if you're interested, got three sets.
Awesome vid, the Corvette looks so mean! Shame about the chrome wheels, but they really have grown on me... i would never have considered a Corvette before.
Ignore the sugar coated fairies... you're right, you've ruined it.
OEM is the way forward! If you want to be different, shag a fat bird. No need to dress your car up like a Christmas tree 24/7.
LHD is something you get used to. Parts are getting rarer and more expensive now, a lot of people are finding them hard to keep going and are selling on.
Good to see a Porsche owner saw sense and bought a proper car in the first pic!
Nice photos as per usual... i can't tell the difference but then i'm not much of a photographer.
Lol, what a suprise its to prove a Miltek exhaust as well, biggest blaggers going.
Big thread on MTorque about it, two rival tuners keep getting different results. People think they have these hugely powerful CSLs then go to another dyno and they are way under standard power!
Its another...
I felt like i was in Christopher's dream at the weekend, sitting in a layby was a transporter exclusively carrying DC5s and EK9s.
I do really like the DC5 but they are actually becoming pretty common now, same as those ugly Glanza things. Swear i see them more than Clio Sports.
Hi.
Awesome but i really don't see the point in spanking that money when you are going to be replacing clams all the time when racing. Maybe for Time Attack though...
Supposedly Lotus have one set of their own proper carbon clams for sale still, been sitting around for years!
Reason i stopped karting was i couldn't afford to travel abroad, plus my mums desires for me to be schooled properly! Even something like Foruma Ford is getting over £100k a season these days, just look at the support vans absolutely filled with tyres... £10k alone!
We (i say we, my dad lol)...
Ok then, so here is a little write up of the race. Big thanks to Oliver Read to the pictures on this thread BTW!
Since my last report, the 'box now had a flat upshift and the splitter was re-designed with a honeycomb under tray to stop it breaking. Otherwise the car was the same as before...
