Well if that's the direction you're going then treat the Clio like a drunken one night stand and wipe that biatch from memory forever😂😂.
If you buy a diesel 3 series get in the bloody sea🌊🙄.
This will never happen but here goes anyway;
Yorkshire meet starting at Temple Newsam (LS15 0AE) and driving upto Buttertubs pass (DL8 3LY) either following Google or if anyone knows of any interesting detours then that way. It's a 1 3/4 hour drive by Google so 9:30 ish start in Leeds...
Welcome 👍. That's some ownership history and all up and running that would be worth a few £.
I wouldn't be looking for the closest specialist, I'd send it to whoever is best.
Why did you keep it 14 years? Although there's much better cars these days the Clio obviously did what you wanted. Having a new engine fitted is a damn sight cheaper than buying a new car.
Considering it needs paint and a whole lot more if he paid more than £1500 he's a bigger idiot than he's showing us. And he's coming across as a grade A idiot if he thinks some random punter who knows nothing about clios will turn up and pay £5k for that s**t heap just because he says it's a...
I also recently noticed a rattle from the rear which turned out to be the exhaust heat shield tapping on the back box. I cut a couple of pieces of 1mm plate and drilled them to make the biggest washers ever to restrain a heat shield.
That's not moving now.
Is it just my imagination or is the...
As I've sent most of the last 4 weeks decorating the house I thought I'd treat myself for my birthday. Excellent service from @pure-motorsport with my weekend order arriving on Tuesday. As I've been told to return to work next week this is the shortest time ever a car part has been sat in my...
Welcome aboard, your new ride looks very tidy👍.
As Coops has already displayed this forum is full of very knowledgeable and helpful people so if you can't find the answer in a search just ask.
I was waiting for that! My car ain't no garage queen, it actually gets driven. Although I'm on week 4 off work and it's done about 20 miles and not had a wash for 5 weeks now 🤣🤣.
Plugs done today, a nice easy job considering the inlet needs removing. The old ones look ok🤷♂️?
I'd orders a 24mm socket to remove the knock sensor so changed that too. Seems like it had received a knock (😆) maybe during a oil filter change and wasn't in the best shape. New and old sonsors...
Swapped the cabin filter the other day. It wasn't as manky as some I've seen on here but was definatly due.
Just the spark plugs to do and I'm done with the service.
I was hoping to get the brakes changed to my brembo's before the Wales trip next month but I've just ordered some parts from PMS...
Yep that would have made it into my rally car collection. I've seen low mileage Delta's sell for £100k so it's not that extreme considering the rarety.
Has the steeing wheel ever been removed? When I swapped mine and fitted a button panel for the cruise I had this issue. Swapping the wires cured it. Iirc there's only 2 wires for the cruise control's, with the same connectors on so its easy to muddle them up.
I had an issue with the brake pedal...
