    Aye, its pretty easy, Just cover the painted bit in nitromors, leave for 5 mins, cover it again and rub it in with the wire wool, leave it a good ten mins and most should come off.

    If you bought a new h/g when you fitted the other head then yes I think its okay to re-use.
