liking that matey. agree flame red would have looked a bit better but halfords wouldnt have had a clue on the paint code unless you could see it in their little book. think it'll all go well together :)

auto-paint and i think even halfords do a petrol resistant lacquer. its the same price as normal lacquer but you cant get it in the bigger sizes iirc. would be a good idea to spray all the wheels in conventional lacquer, and then give them a topcoat in the more resilient petrol-proof lacquer...

have you not got proof of purchase from the salvage yard you got it from which would do? otherwise i would go to an independant VW specialist and see if they could sort you out

would throw it out of the arch then which would mean an arsey copper would have a field day, but also meaning raising and stiffening the rear suspension to ensure clearance over the arch

rainbow components are always a favourite, and put some mint coaxials in the back

Liquid yellows a funny colour to use, you have to be pretty confident with your spraying to get it right. Will send u whatever i have left however ;)

yeah its 100% real carbon fibre, so NO shitty sticky back crap on that. was made from using real carbon fibre fabric, which was then resin'd onto the original black plastic strip. then resin'd until smooth, and then sanded and lacquered (around 20 coats) until it was smooth enough. allll...

i looked at the megane ones but they wouldnt fit the creases in the door right :(
