Half a tank in an hour Tucks - you got a leaking fuel tank or something?
I only used around a 1/4 last time out at Brunters with a couple of stops for passenger changes.
Want to run as light as possible to be honest ;)
Of course you should be spending £700-£1000 on a performance exhaust...
but in the real world where tuning the Clio is so marginal try under £300 for a prospeed catback system Ian.
Chris172cup has a prospeed that actually looks like a supersprint.
Yep, the Supertourers ran upto 19 inch to accomodate bigger brakes.
The current regs stop such expensive braking systems to prevent spiraling costs... hence smaller diameter wheels.
I don't even have the torx bolts on mine, the wheel bolts hold the disc in place.
Easier to remove the disc after thousands of miles too!
I had an issue with a semi siezed calliper but it shouldnt be an issue with a "young" car.
There's a small pin that's come loose from the mechanism, easy to figure out where it goes but hard to explain in text.
Mine does it every 3 months or so...
Next time it does I'll make up a guide.
I take it the weights are on the outside of the rim?
Mine are located on the inside - they stick on IIRC, these were put on with the new tyres at Micheldiever (sp)
Why not refurb your alloys anthracite, get hold of a Cup spoiler, change to Eibach Pro springs and hey presto you have yourself a 182 Cup...
(well sort of)
