172.com- why did you put your fog lights on? i'm trying to work out why you would do it, in the middle of a sunny day?
did it look foggy outside? was it even dark? why put your spot lights on!!! sorry one of my pet hates, as it doesnt make your car look any better, cant see any better (as its the middle of the day) is it just to prove u have them?
anyway other than that, car looked nice and shiney, had cut...
laguna splitter always looks good (bout 10 quid from a scrappy), or i had this one before my cup one, which is a seat ibiza splitter cut in half, nice and subtle :) could have actually made it to look exacty like a cup splitter if i would have cut it further up just cheaper lol
need to speak to your bodyshop really. I know on the ph2s the arches are plastic so you cant flare them (as it doesnt stretch and remain stable) so you'll prob need some metal wings or some way of extending them, which would prob have to be custom made. They do make kits that just bolt on (which...
thats the challenge, but yeah i think your right you'll prob need some arch work, or raise the suspension (which is a no no lol) would look fapping awesome though. Need to speak to winston really. Try german ebay (ebay.de) can pick up some absolute baragins off there
they'll do until i crash in the rain ;)
in all honesty, i was tempted by these flat blades last time - so as soon as im feeling flush i'll probably give them a try and throw my cheap and nasty ones away
had the bosch super + and they fell to bits. valeo are cheap and cheerful and i find that as long as i clean the screen properly when i wash the car they're perfectly adequately.
prob looking at a 1.4 or DCi 80 then to be honest mate, not a bad little engine though, around 95 bhp iirc? dont rule out the 1.2s either, theres a lot you can do for very little money to make them alot more fun to drive.
good little site is carpages :approve:
the lazy mans car, as they have auto everything :approve: another point, avoid authentiques (no offence to anyone who has one) but the seats and interior are horrid on the majority (two tone dash)
yep they are indeed, took renault to court about mine and won :approve: not sure about the DCi 100s. Not sure when they came in, i just assumed they were there from the start (que edde lol)
heres a bit of info anyhow...
stay clear of billabongs, the seats are awful, stain and go nasty as soon as you spill any water one them. Only diff is they have the silver interior door handles, 172 spoiler and some nasty decals. If i was you i'd try to get your hands on a DCi 100, same torque figures as a 172 yet tonnes of...
