Big thanks to edde, he thoroughly deserved his 20 stella :D Not very good pics as they're a bit dark, but tried my best. Bought the k tec 285mm big brake conversion brackets and discs off edde and then went for some ferodo pads. Still not 100% fiished as the caliper fouls the wheel weight used...

are they cut out, or printed on a white background ? ive got 4 on a white background i could do with getting rid of lol

nah, they're the genuine renault ones that came as part of a 'sport pack' for the non-RS's the other part of the kit was a shoddily fitted exhaust

hmmm yes it is. for a few cheap mods, you can make your car sound better, pull better and drive better. Not everyone can insure a fast car straight away, so this is a good way to make a slower car better to drive in the mean time. i do agree a good set of coilovers are more important than...

i havent, purly because its not worth it lol. I was considering a remap but it'll only give 5 bhp and i think 5% torque which is nowt on a 1.2. also costs around 300 quid. breather mods are the way forward :D

yeah i did. I've got a sports cat, stealth system and a viper with a custom feed. I'm not gonna bore people by posting the pic of the RR print out ;) more importantly though i've retained my torque and have a really nice even torque curve, which is nice :approve:

every person i've spoke to whose owned a car on 17s has regretted it due to performance issues etc, and from experience i find smaller wheels a lot better for the car, handling, acceleration etc. depending on design they can also look too big for the car. My argument is, the car was designed to...

yep they are, not sure how much but i know that on coilovers a 172 can only be lowered about 50mm whilst a dynamique can comfortably go 80mm
