Everyone seems to have their own theories and techniques.
I would personally brake gently for the first 200 miles and would never use them hard initially. Thermal shock can ruin the discs. But this is theory..i've never done it 'wrong' because i can't afford to be right!
I would then brake...
Bought them from k-tec, they are hispec.

They were awesome, as you probably know a 1.2 with a few people in doesn't like braking, the 4 pots stopped on a six pence from huge speeds. That was with shitty EBC Greenstuff too!
If i had unlimited cash i would have a stripped 1.2 that revs to 11,000 rpm. But that is the thing, money. It certainly wouldn't be impossible to tune the 1.2 but it would cost the same as a 172 engine and the insurance to cover it.
You may as well give up on the dream mate, focus on suspension...
TBH if i get pulled over it i will probably change back, i can't be bothered with the hassle. I guess it's the only positive thing that there are less Police on the roads!!
Lol.
To be honest it's nice to have a car with no warning lights on for once, and i didn't realise just how bad the brakes were!
Fortunately the MAP sensor problem was due to a loose connection and the light worked when they tested it, so i 'only' paid £450 when i picked it up.
Stress over at...
Obvious ones are no alarm as standard or locking wheel bolts. Also has no etching on windows and it should have a 6CD autochanger.
Just ring up your dealer, if your reg isn't on the system it wasn't a UK car.
I've heard conflicting statements, some say if there is a gap around legal sized lettering then it is fine.
Can i be guided how to do it on FancyPlates.com? I don't see a choice for size...
Hi Guys,
I want a plate like Dan's:
Is there a site where i can build one online? Tried a couple but they only do fancy lettering.
I want the font size to be normal, just the plate smaller!
Cheers
I'd take it up with Renault UK, or simply try another dealer as Deb has said.
You can buy a cheaper and better warranty with Warranty Direct when it expires.
Nothing to do with bodyroll, just equals load better across the strut towers, reducing flex. Any reduction is chassis flex is good...whether you can tell the difference is variable on whatever car you have.
