normal spray paint should be fine as long as you prep thesurface properly. Make sure you give them a really good sand down and clean, a few layers of primer, sand that down so its nice and smooth, a few layers of white and loads of laquer to protect the surface. Also give them a good coat of wax...

lmao at removing the bumper! i did it in about 20 mins when fitting my new grille, and whilst i had no skin on my knuckles from the air conditioning pipes i did manage it using a convenient piece of wood to press the lugs in with :)

mines currently set at -0.4 in order to maintain even tyre wear. if i wanted to track it, i'd probably change it a bit to around -1

the ms one doesnt look bad in all honesty. the main problem is that if you cut the current tailpipe down, so that you can fit it so it sits vertically they normally catch the bumper and look cack anyway. so either go for the ms, or dont bother :)

he's actually resprayed it i think you'll find. now that you've cleaned it you can bring the stuff round for mine ;)
