The Clio is a new generation Renault, it is leagues ahead of the Megane IMO. A valid point about the gearing. I would kill for a 6th gear in my 172 but the 197 is just as bad despite being a 6 speed.

The fact is though if you want a runaround it seems a bit pointless getting something so similar. I'd rather get a more comfortable and more economical car for the money. At least that way the Trophy...
Not sure if they are road legal? As with the rollcage, if you use it at all on the road you have to bear in mind that if you have a crash, you're dead. So i wouldn't get one either!

The engine conversion may make sense in this case, but at the same time it's not like he will own his Clio forever, you don't want to end up being 30 with a bodykitted Clio!
In my eyes, there is just too much going on. The sideskirts look like they're hanging off and the amount of lines, lights and gaping holes in the front just doesn't work for me.
I think the paintwork offers enough visual drama without the kit being needed.
