whats wrong with a megane R26, from what you have said it sounds like just the thing, its fast that both of those, has all the spec of the 182, has the mp3 head unit and costs less than both at £16000 with xenons.

i believe so as i'm sure one of mine if not both were like this. if they tell you it can't, get a second garages opinio, £15 is a hell of a lot cheaper that £100 plus not many garages carry stock of the PE2.

could be a scratched disc then but that normally comes up on the screen with the disk cannot be read rather than freezing in my experience. mine only did it on Gears of War.

yes, i have had a steering wheel replaced under warranty, its a known problem, wasn't a problem changing it either so don't worry as long as its in warranty still. Mine was replaced after 2years 9 months

this is what happened to mine before it died, started to randomly freeze, kept getting worse though and eventually died so I would prepare for the worst if I were you, buy a PS3 instead now, they don't break ;)

another great feature i have just found is the upscaling ability of it now since the firmware upgrade, it really is very good. I am playing a film which wasn't very good quality in the first place but on the PS3 it looks amazing, nearly HD quality.

i am hoping that when sony bring the HOME feature out it will have the same type of pull as XBL

its like a dual boot, you use so many GB for the sony OS so nothing changes except for the amout of storage available to it and then you have the YDL separate. I think its pretty good of SOny to provide this feature out of the box, you would never find MS doing anything like this.

using it as a media player, install yellowdog linux and it becomes a full system allowing you to install apps, proper browser, keyboard, mouse and play any media files etc. The possibilities are then endless.

nah, the most awful colour which is the most rare is that mucky brown colour, i have heard there is only 1 of those lol! In order of preference for me would be acid, battleship then liquid.
