ps3 is brilliant, amazing bluray drive, great looking, silent compared to a 360, built in wireless, large hdd, motion sensing controller, its the full package!
i love mine, not really played on my 360 since getting it!
if you want it the day before release then i would go with gameplay, every game i have ever ordered from them has arrived 1-2 days before release date.
i haven't had a problem in 2 years getting constant 5mb but on monday mine was down to 512kb and then yesterday was up to 2mb, its currently sitting on 2mb, was going to call myself but i am of the opinion it will sort itself out, will give them until next week, 2mb is fine as all my tv shows...
no, i don't listen to music really, i have had the same driving ballads in my car for about a year now.
Like I said, Software piracy is the worst offence in my eyes, worse that music, movies etc.
If everyone did like you the games industry would collapse.
And sorry if i'm out of line but i...
oh and that makes it better that hes got two xbox's to get around it, IMO thats even worse!
the games developers are losing out on all the games he doesn't eventually buy as I doubt he buys every game he downloads!
IMO software piracy is the worst type of piracy.
downloading a game from the internet without owning the license to play said game is illegal, do you not see that?
the point of a demo is to download legally to test the game to see if you want to buy it, then you wait for it to be officially released and purchase the license, its what most of...
that doesn't make it right, if you have an updated firmware xbox to play 'backup' games then surely you have been banned from live from the last update anyway?
i prefer to pay for the boxed game after the delevopers have spent that much time on a game.
not sure i'm going to get it though, might get dirt instead.
just updated mine, doubt i will play any ps2 games on it still but i have just watched pirates of the caribbean 2 on bluray, god it looks amazing, davey jones and his crew really do look stunning in HD.
i'd invest if you like the film, its all region so now problem there.
not been home to do this yet, anything good it does?
is the upscaling any good?
i bought pirates of the caribbean 1 and 2 yesterday before i left america, they are supposed to be demo quality disks.
will check them out tomorrow.
yeah this was a scope too, i just keep calling it night vision goggles for some reason.
if i thought i would ever use one i would get one but i can't really see the point, it would just be one of those gadget impulse buys, i nearly bought a Sony AIBO dog for 1k once..................
anyone ever used these, real ones, not the ones that shine an infrared light out but the ones that gather in all available light like the military use?
I was at animal kingdom the other night in florida and was having a meal and you can go out onto the terrace and view the animals and its was...
that surprises me as its HP, IBM and Quantum that are the threee technology providers behind Ultrium
http://www.ultrium.com
So I can't understand how Dell have got the technology to sale first unless they aren't licensed as there are pretty tough licensing rules for ultrium, i can't even see...
LTO3 is pretty much the fastest and best tape drive on the market today, when LTO4 comes out later this year it will be twice as fast and twice the size, now that will be pretty impressive, 1.6tb tapes running at 320mb/s.
i can't decide whether to get it on bluray or hd-dvd, going to go to the local stores tomorrow in orlando and see if i can pick it up any cheaper as the virgin megastore in disney is a ripoff RRP price of $100 +Tax.
still can't decide which format to get it on though!
sony vaio 11" are amazing, posting from one now which I have taken on holiday with me, watched movies on the plane with it etc so as portable as you need, especially at just over 1kg and amazing features for the weight too, dvd writer etc.
not cheap though, but these days with laptops you get...
it would probably surprise you how few companies buy direct from HP, most of it is through the channel, only a few select companies are direct and thats normally just because they insist on buying direct from the manufacturer, sometimes I even come up against HP and even beat their price.
The...
nice Lee, haven't seen a server for a couple of weeks now lol.
i put a quote together for a large energy company the other week for something they are buying this month, 250 c-class blade servers with 2 DC procs and 32gb ram each, plus a nice san, came to about £2m
that sales person is...
