Damn that's an expensive runaround. She might be a racer? I'd have thought the black series pre dates crappy matte paint jobs, and that's not exactly the required care a matte paint needs!
First time I've seen this thread, well it did start long before I joined the forum! One owner form new, and a relatively hassle free experience too, amazing. Kudos for doing saving it twice from the insurance. What's next for it, full on track car or weekend toy and minty mint resto?
You may have done everything you wanted to, but we all know that's not a static thing as there's always something else you'll fancy trying. Gold F1's anyone? 😂
What you really need is another clio to focus all your pent up modding energy on. Maybe an inferno cup to go clubman spec on...
Dumping the fiesta for a £300 bonus sounds like a good idea to me. You don't need to completely gut a clio to have a fun track car. Good suspension, brakes and track tyres are all you need really.
Admit it, you chose the springs because of the colour didn't you! It's all looking spot on mate but I think we had summer last Thursday so you'll have to wait until next year to take it out now:tearsofjoy:
I've just read all this and have to say good effort with the DIY spannering! The turini's look great, but for a track car you'll want 15" wheels for better feel and cheaper sticky tyres.
