    What do you miss?

    Mine were faultless, but lots of people seem to complain. The lights are pretty much perfect day to day. Only thing they struggle with is fog. The wipers were fine for me, but they are what people complain about.

    Run Knoppix from disk to see if it is software, i think that would isolate the problem

    Tried another monitor/cable? Got on board graphics card you can try too? (A vga port near your usb/ethernet ports on the back)

    You can still buy some nismo stuff new, it just seems to be whatever is left in stock. Seen a few places selling new genuine spoilers, but they are mega money!

    Nah, maybe a clio as a 2nd car but not my main again. Buckets of fun, but comfort is worth a lot. Guess thats why you want the golf back rather than the clio.
