My bonnet release cable snapped yesterday so i took it up to my mechanics house and he had a play about with it, hes had to "brake into a bonnet" hundreds of times mostly on vauxhalls and says its easy but when it comes to the clio he just couldnt get into it! any help or tips for him to save...

my cars policy only had 2 months left so when i passed i phoned up, declaired my wheels, suspension and induction kit, they wanted £17, yep only £17 extra for the mods (remember thats only 2 months tho) and £75 to add me at 17 whos just passed onto the insurance :D:D

Ph3 Dynamique wheels, Apex -60mm suspension kit, Dynamique Spoiler, full Dynamique interior, 172 Gearknob, dash inserts, interior doorhandles and a couple of other wee things!

mine jumps from 800-1500rpm for about 5 seconds then sits at about 1300rpm (Depends how cold it is) and also sounds like a 1.2 corsa for a minute or 2 (silly whine noise!)

Re: lol... non RS clios heaps of sh*t! like clio chris dont tar them all with the same brush because yours is shite. mine has done just under 120,000 miles over 3 years, its NEVER broke down, had the coil pack replaced because it had an idle problem and thats it. sunroofs the only rattle...

think the surrounds screw on and the plate sticks on top of them do they not? i wouldnt get they sorrounds tho they look crap, im my opinion. your car tho!

lol incase the guy reads this again.. get rid of the silly silver wiper blades and it will be cool, painted grill actually suits that colour.
