Kinda. Did you ever do the co-op trials/challenges/whatever they are called on MW2? It's similar to that, except on the COD version, they had a kill tally and once you reached that, the level was over. The harder the difficulty, the more of them there were, or the time allocated got reduced...

I must admit - I feel the SP campaign is very frustrating at times - certainly more so than the likes of BC2, etc. I can't quite put my finger on what it is - but I'll still plough on regardless. :) D.

I'm enjoying it now that I can actually map the mouse controls properly! Turns out that you can only change them from the main menu. Holdng down the Esc key for about 3-4 seconds does actually remove the key binding. Do that in-game though (and bizarrely, just on the mouse) - and it doesn't...

The SP campaign isn't as polished as Infinity Ward's offerings, but its still enjoyable all the same. Some funny bits in it where 'squad' members repeatedly die on the same spot! They get killed up ahead of you and when you reach that spot, you'll suddenly hear two or three 'urghs' and their...

On first impressions - it does seem a tad silly with unlimited ammo. Not tried MP yet, so I don't know what the mortar's like. D.

Tbf - COD single player campaigns are superb. Unfortunately many people bypass them and go for the woefully flawed MP side of things instead. Such a shame as they are really missing out, imo. D.

Except the bizarrely short corpse-stay time. Shoot an enemy dead, start walking forward and before you get near him, he disappears and a pool of blood remains. I can understand it with hundreds of enemies for the sake of preserving in-game RAM - but for one or two? D.

I'll need to get further into this - but so far, it doesn't feel like a Battlefield game. I'm not saying that's a good or a bad thing - it's just different? D.

Is there anyway of defaulting the yellow button that displays the stats of the car so that it stays on useful numbers? Having a car with Handling of 4.7 and Acceleration of 5.5 means absolutely nothing. I'm getting a little tired of having to keep pressing 'Y' to see the true stats on cars! D.
