Ah right i see mate, if you still want a Clio and have that money to spend why not buy a Trophy? Nice examples can be had for well under 5k these days?
My sister's clio has had an intermittent starting issue and also cut out once whilst driving.
The car was diagnosed and taken to a garage which turned out to be a faulty/loose/damaged earth strap, where is this located? Passenger side under the wheel arch?
The battery light also flashed...
Thinking about it, you wouldn't have been near the tdc sensor would you?
You mentioned the idle control valve, have you had it off? When was the TB last cleaned?

You don't like/want it, yet you're still posting your disapproval of it? Why people continue to snipe it after they've made it abundantly clear they don't like it is a waste of time!
Thats what i thought mate, suprised me actually - i see almost 3-4 GTi's a day (mk6) i'd say. I thought they sold a fooking shed load, they're fantastic cars aswell, mk4 was a bit of a bum steer but 5/6 are just brilliant!

FLOL @ hover car. Genuine low flying lolz
Have you heard a hover craft though? The one and only i heard is honestly the loudest f**king thing i've ever heard ever.
Okay to a young blade like myself though Clart, you went to school with the tooth fairy IIRC ;)
In all honesty i find they are good for my back (not that its sore) but keeps me sitting more up right than slouched in the standard chairs!
