took a look at it yesterday. couldn't notice anything wrong. exhaust mountg rubbers look a bit worn. might replace them. have noticed the noise is much more noticable around 5000rpm in most gears but you can faintly hear it all the time. this one has got me confused

really good apart from a strande noise when i let my foot off the throttled around 5000rpm. dont know what it is! like a kind of grinding noise and a louder exhaust note. HELP!

i had one, no difference, not wort it at all in my opinion.

take off the induction kit. put the standard box back in with an itg pannel filter. remove the acoustic valve from your cold air feed. remove any unwanted items in your car (rear seats/belt buckles, any subs, amps, anything you dont need) all this is free power except the pannel filter (£40 ish)...

yeah it doesnt sound good in the car either. lol. its hard to hear where its coming from. its mainly in higher revs. it lasts a few seconds after letting my foot off. sounds like a restricted/ strangling kind of noise. really strange one. kind of has the exhaust roar with it too. im confused...

anyone know what it could be?

i let my foot off the throttle and i get a loud grinding kind of noise. its a standard system just an itg filter. the exhaust has no leaks either. any ideas? brackets? cat?

sorry mate, misread it, thought you said caf in fogs. lol

then run a caf from you fog to the air box. pretty easy job. or just have caf's in the fogs as dummies if you really like the look.

i took my cone out. was loud but i was getting noticeable heat soak. put an itg filter in my standard air box and it works a treat

yeah looks better white. should get some smaller plates made up. measure the size of the border and get a white plate that size. thats what i did. looks good
