i think the gps may have been reading about 225........ unfortunately it was set to kph! it still had some left to go but we were coming up to a corner and it was a bit damp so i thought the best course of action was to brake!

i got just over 140 out of mine on the spa trip (racing track ofcourse)

its a random thing and happens to most of them, thinks it s slight fault with the alarm and renault can get it sorted for you. i havent bothered as it o nly does it when my dad locks my car and never when i do. Think it doesnt like him!

I can honestly say that when racing around Spa last weekend there really wasnt anything that could accelerate away from the 182 in the bends apart from the odd radical or oth non-road orientated car. The straight were a differnt story but on the bends it was flying around.

the abs cant be taken off at it is now law. when renault offered the 172cup with CC most people went for it so they obviously thought that it was an important part of the car so have included it this time. ESP can be turned off so no probs there anyway.

yes they did, but because it handled better and was faster, again, this is not the case with this new version, it has nothing over the standard 182 with cup packs apart from price.
