Never heard of problems with the trophy dampers, aside from them needing refurbing rather than replacing. The 182 cups didn't have xenons or climate control, and are generally regarded as the poverty model
That's rubbish.
It's all about the pikey mods. Yesterday saw me super gluing the reducer sleeve of my air box back on, after it so lovingly popped off.
To be quite honest I'm stunned at this thread, if you cannot work out how to remove the centre cap, don't even tackle removing a wheel.
Pay a garage to do it.
Well, the side that was "substantially repaired" is jubilee clipped in place.
The side in question is cable tied. Now there's grease inbetween the joint though, it doesn't look like it'll be holding anything back.
ooo kieran!
...I had a look, saw grease all over the hub side of the boot, all up the wheel, and no split in the rubber.
Theres still some grease in there, be reet.
Hopefully it's just the clip that's come off, if so I'll be having a bash at sorting it tonight. Is it ok to repack it with the conventional grease that I have in my garage, or do I need to use speacialist Renault branded, extortionatly priced, all singing all dancing grease?
Remove tints, nothing more annoying tbh. Especially the pricks who tint the front windows, so at junctions you can't see which way they're looking/if they're about to pull out infront of you.
Win of epic proportions :approve:
I wasn't refering to that Autoglym stuff...
Wheels are already covered in dust though I'm afraid Adam. You get a lovely black finger after wiping them.
