It will need new plugs and leads, have seen thisa few times on Clio's, it would have contaminated the end of the leads, and the plugs too, dont worry about the coil pack-you will be wasting your money
Unfortunately not fella, Combe is skinting me out, iv had to pay out alot this month, not including the Grp N mounts and a service.
Im a bit embarrased about mine, its not looking its best, and the bonnets stone chipped to fook :(
Yes, though i would say don't give your self a time limit, mine were a bit fiddly, and the top nut wouln't come off the gearbox mount, i was lucky as i was at work, so i used an air gun

I have changed the dog bone mount bushes too fella, std mount, but iv put poly bushes in it
id say they are worth it, alot of money to spend out though, it took me a while to buy them, due to the cost, just hope they will live up to what everyone says,so far so good
Being fed up with the still constand movement from my engine even with new mounts from Renault, i took the plunge and bought these

Id say keep it, get somewhere safe to put it, locked garage (if you dont already have one) and drop the insurance to the lowest miles per year poss, and leave it till you can afford it
Lol @ all the swearing/nastyness, jesus people calm down, simple, as with most cars there are too many variables to say a clear winner, logic dictates that the Clio with its lighter weight would be nippier off the line and the Astra with superior power would take it at the top end, but as said...
To be honest from my experience with Renults, if they are blowing then the exhaust will be fooked, get it up, have a look matey, it might be a small blow that you can fix temp, but unfortunately thats usually not the case
