you can get a proper tool for getting them out, generally just held in by a little tag. if you're like me you can do it the cheapskate way and use pins or paper clips!!
nope, driven a few cars that ktec have mapped and then been sorted at efi, world of difference to say the least.
engine dynamics or make the trip to efi.
you need a shorter belt, can't remember what pulleys fit but there are a few that do the job. think merc one was about the cheapest, just needs a small spacer to line it up.

we looked at machining the end of the casing off to bolt a billet end on but the case is crap on them, it's so thin in places it's a joke.
not done anything with the vag box yet, spoken to chris about the conversion and the boxes a few times. you can...
either get it on clip and check the switches or you can measure the resistance on the switches, only two wires though and can't remember the resistances off top of my head sorry.
