it does feel like it's pushing on something but it's actually in the pedal assembly.

do all the lights come on at the same time? does the shift light come on at all?

hooks over the drive shaft and the clip fits onto the brace bar that fits to the front bolt on the bottom arm.

there should be no 'kick' at 5,000rpm. you should be able to feel a difference if the car is running as it should be but NO KICK. it's just the difference from the car running closed and open loop on the lambda. the button under the pedal is just a stop that screws to the floor.

cheap quality cables can kink and compress the '0's they con sometimes be that compressed they are seen as '1's at the other end!!

forgot about it sorry!! will try and remember to check tomorrow, should be two different numbers though. i've fitted a couple of sets of firstline ones and they've fitted fine.

yup, belt goes under the ribbed pulley instead of over the original one.

are you running without the aircon pump but with the belt under the idler pulley?

as long as it's a 6pk will be fine.

chances are you'll be able to swap just the pump itself, rough guess on price around £30.

pull the head and chuck some valves in although the 'normal clio logic' is throw engine away and chuck another one in!!

that's it other than the power plug for the ecu, you don't need it but it's handy to have it.
